They added that efforts are ongoing to secure the release of the remaining victims, noting that security operatives have intensified bush-combing operations and are actively tracking the kidnappers. According to the sources, personnel have also been deployed to key locations, with stop-and-search operations currently ongoing along major routes, including Kabba Junction and Zariagi. The sources also stated that patrols, intelligence gathering, and surveillance activities have been stepped up.
