Activist Aisha Yesufu alleges a "game plan" to rig the 2027 general elections by postponing them a week before voting day. In a Sunday post on X, she argued politicians are most vulnerable on the eve of elections after exhausting campaign funds, making a last-minute delay a strategic manipulation tactic.

"Politicians are usually vulnerable on the eve of elections. You have spent all your monies and all spending already done has to start afresh," Yesufu wrote. She urged citizens to "prepare for all eventuality" and think strategically about potential scenarios without adopting harmful tactics themselves. "If you are fighting evil, you must think evil but have the discipline to not do the evil otherwise you become what you are fighting."

The 2027 election cycle is already generating significant political tension, with recent debates over zoning arrangements and campaign council formations across major parties. Yesufu's warning adds to growing concerns about electoral integrity ahead of the polls.

Will you start documenting your voting plans now, or wait until the election timetable is finalized?
