Bae U quits skit making, launches talk show 'Curiosity Made Me Ask' to pursue deeper content

Bae U announced he stopped making skits because he felt average and wanted to do something different. He said the idea for his new talk show, 'Curiosity Made Me Ask', came while he was trying to rediscover himself and was inspired by a show called 'Between Two Fence' by Zack.

In the interview on The Moraya Show, he revealed he has already interviewed prominent Nigerians such as former President Olusegun Obasanjo, film legend Pete Edochie, and veteran host Frank Edoho. He also shared his ultimate ambition to interview former United States President Donald Trump.

This shift reflects a growing trend among Nigerian content creators who are moving beyond comedy skits to more substantive formats, seeking to offer depth and personal growth both for themselves and their audiences.

For fans and aspiring creators, will you follow Bae U's new talk show for deeper conversations, or consider how your own content could evolve beyond the usual skit format?
