Beta Glass appoints Boye Olusanya as new chairman, effective 30 July
Beta Glass Plc announced on Wednesday that Boye Olusanya has been appointed chairman of its Board of Directors, effective 30 July, following the departure of Vitus Ezinwa. Olusanya, a non‑executive director, brings more than 25 years of executive leadership across fast‑moving consumer goods, agriculture, telecommunications, technology, energy, infrastructure and financial services. He currently serves as Group Chief Executive Officer of FMN Holdings Limited, where he is steering the group toward a vertically integrated, consumer‑focused model. Prior roles include senior positions at VMobile (formerly ECONET Wireless), Dancom Technologies, Dangry model. He also chairs Axxela Limited, serves as Vice Chairman of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group and sits on the Presidential Food Systems Coordination Unit.
