Super Eagles head coach Eric Chelle revealed he needs time to work with Nigeria's home-based NPFL players after their 2-0 semi-final win over Zimbabwe in the Unity Cup. Femi Azeez's brace secured Nigeria's victory at The Valley in London. Chelle included Michael Atata, Aderemi Adeoye, Tosin Oyedokun, Chibueze Oputa, Obinna Igbokwe, and Elias Ochobi in his squad. 'I need some time to work with them and be part of the small project,' Chelle stated, acknowledging that some players are experiencing their first time in Europe, creating pressure. Despite this, the coach expressed satisfaction with their performance against Nigeria's fans. The Unity Cup continues with Nigeria advancing to the final.
