Dangote Petroleum Refinery & Petrochemicals FZE (DPRP) launches its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on September 14, 2026, with FirstBank as the Receiving Bank. The offer comprises 4.1 billion ordinary shares priced at ₦525 per share. Investors must subscribe for a minimum of 10 shares (totaling ₦5,250) and can only apply in multiples of 10 thereafter. The subscription period runs for 30 days, closing on October 13, 2026, with payment required in full at the time of application.
Eligible retail investors may receive bonus shares, subject to the terms detailed in the Prospectus. Proceeds from the IPO will be used to expand refinery operations, aiming to boost Nigeria's local refining capacity and support industrial growth. Shares will be listed on the Main Board of the Nigerian Exchange Limited.
