Dangote Petroleum Refinery & Petrochemicals FZE launches its IPO on 14 September 2026, offering 4.1 billion ordinary shares at ₦525 each. The opening date is 14 September 2026 and the offer closes on 13 October 2026. Investors must pay in full when applying, with a minimum subscription of 10 shares (₦5,250) and additional purchases in multiples of 10. Retail investors may receive bonus shares, subject to the prospectus, and the funds will expand refinery operations. The shares will list on the Main Board of the Nigerian Exchange Limited.

FirstBank, as the Receiving Bank, provides several channels for subscription: FirstMobile, FirstOnline, the LIT App, PayByLink, FirstDirect for corporate customers, FirstMonie agents, and any FirstBank branch. Detailed guidelines and application links will be available when the offer opens.

This IPO lets Nigerians own a stake in one of Africa's biggest industrial assets, which could strengthen local refining capacity and support economic growth. Will you subscribe through FirstBank's digital or branch channels to gain exposure to the refinery's future growth, or wait for more details before deciding?
