He said no public officer in the country has an excuse for non-compliance. Governor Otti directed the Secretary to the Abia State Government, Mr. Emmanuel Meribole to work with relevant officials to ensure full compliance by all officers in the State. Earlier in his speech, the Zonal Director, Code of Conduct Bureau, South-East zone, Mr Akinfolarin Feyishola, appealed to the Governor to assist the CCB in enlightening Abia public office holders on assets declation.
