Former Kogi West senator Dino Melaye alleged on Arise TV's Prime Time Monday that INEC is actively helping the ruling APC rig the 2027 general elections. Melaye claimed the voter register shows repeated photographs and failed an integrity test with 89% AI imputation detection. He said INEC violated the Electoral Act by missing the 90-day deadline to publish voters' lists.

Melaye cited a specific anomaly: the Edo State governor's polling unit jumped from 400 voters in the 2024 election to over 4,000 in the new register—a 1,000% increase with no corresponding population growth. "When you have an organization that is a lawbreaker, you have an institution that has broken the very law it is supposed to implement," he said.

INEC has not publicly responded to these specific allegations. The commission's credibility is central to 2027 election legitimacy, and unverified claims of systematic register manipulation undermine public trust regardless of source.

Will you verify your voter registration details at your polling unit and demand INEC transparently address these specific technical claims before the 2027 election cycle intensifies?
