FG declares Friday, April 3 and Monday, April 6 as public holidays for Easter celebration, creating a four-day weekend. The Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, announced this in a statement signed by Permanent Secretary Magdalene Ajani. This affects work schedules, travel plans, and business operations nationwide.

The government has banned importation of used vehicles without proper certification, introducing stricter automotive import regulations.
