The Student Union Government (SUG) of Ekiti State University (EKSU) has officially suspended all operations of NEOLIFE and its affiliate, Faith Heroic Global (FHG), within the university premises.

In a memo released by the "Team Versatility" administration, the suspension takes immediate effect from February 11, 2026.

Reasons for the Ban:

  • Academic Distraction: Reports indicate that the groups' persistent recruitment activities negatively impact students' academic focus.
  • Mental & Financial Strain: The union cited "unregulated meetings at odd hours" and pressure on students to prioritize business over studies as key concerns affecting student welfare.

Official Directive: Students are advised to desist from participating in or promoting any NEOLIFE or FHG activities within the university environment until further notice. The SUG warned that violations will attract "appropriate sanctions".
