Haruna made this statement on Monday during an interview on Trust TV monitored by DAILY POST. Speaking on the development, the INEC National Commissioner said, “There will always be glitches. Gradual implementation of technology is crucial, especially given existing infrastructure challenges. “There’s a misunderstanding that technology offers a universal solution without issues.
