They made this known at the second edition of the Executive Women Retreat 2.0, held at Ikogosi Warm Springs Resort, which brought together female leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals from across sectors. The organisers told PREMIUM TIMES on Tuesday that structured guidance and support systems could help bridge gaps in access to opportunities, skills and leadership development. During discussions on the theme, “The Power of Giving: How Women Rise by Lifting Others”, they described mentorship as a powerful catalyst for empowering women to build resilient businesses, navigate career challenges and achieve long-term growth. Women to lead Speaking at the retreat, Senior Communications Specialist at Glocient Hospitality, Ifeoluwayimika Olaniyi, said the event was designed to provide a platform that enables women to lead confidently, collaborate effectively and flourish. “The Executive Women Retreat reflects our continued commitment to creating platforms that empower women to lead, collaborate, and thrive. “This year’s theme, ‘Give to Gain,’ is a powerful reminder that collective progress is driven by shared growth and intentional support”, she said.
