FHFL Unveils New Brand Identity, Reaffirms Affordable Housing Mission
Sponsored content: Family Homes Funds Limited (FHFL) launches a new corporate identity featuring a logo that merges the two "F" initials around a home silhouette, symbolising the link between families and housing finance. The rebrand reflects FHFL's evolution from social housing origins into a broader housing finance platform, while its core mission—expanding access to affordable homes—remains unchanged.
Nigeria faces an estimated 15 million unit housing deficit. Since operations began, FHFL has financed over 15,900 homes, supported more than 104,000 direct and indirect jobs, and established a project footprint across 70 sites in 19 states and the FCT. The institution operates through four funds: Affordable Housing, Rental Housing, Home Ownership, and Land & Infrastructure.
Managing Director Abdul-Mutallab Mukhtar says the new identity signals deeper ambition to mobilise capital, strengthen partnerships, and deploy innovative financing. Chairman Ademola Adebise and non-executive directors Bilikisu Usman and Ijeoma Taylaur oversee the transition.
FHFL targets becoming Africa's leading institution for sustainable, inclusive housing finance. The new brand brings that vision into sharper focus.
