Henry Okoye Publicly Accuses Jude Okoye of Causing P-Square Family Rift
Henry Okoye, elder brother of Jude Okoye and senior to P-Square twins Peter and Paul, has publicly accused Jude of causing the family's divisions that led to the music group's repeated breakups. In a YouTube interview posted Friday, Henry stated Jude 'is not a good person' and 'very bad,' claiming Jude never contacted him during his two-month hospital stay last year nor supported their sick sister in Lagos.
Henry revealed he served as P-Square's early bodyguard and sponsor, alleging the twins promised him 20% of each song's earnings but never paid. He said Jude later dismissed this claim when he intervened, questioning what the 20% was for. Henry added their mother opposed Jude managing P-Square due to knowing his character, but a senior brother persuaded her to relent.
The accusation comes amid Peter's recent video series detailing P-Square's finances and breakups, which prompted an EFCC investigation and ongoing court case involving Jude. Henry stressed he could only verify incidents he witnessed but felt compelled to speak after never addressing family issues publicly before.
