IGP Disu posts senior police officers nationwide

Inspector-General of Police Olatunji Rilwan Disu has approved the posting of senior officers to key positions across Nigeria to strengthen operational efficiency, enhance leadership capacity, and improve service delivery nationwide. The redeployments include Assistant Inspectors-General of Police (AIGs) assigned to critical departments at Force Headquarters and zonal commands, such as AIG Ado Emmanuel to Research and Planning, AIG Joseph Eribo to Armament, and AIG Miller G. Dantawaye to Operations. Commissioners of Police (CPs) were also redeployed across state commands and specialized units, including CP Haruna Alaba Yahaya to Jigawa State Command and CP Olugbenga Ayodeji Abimbola to Oyo State. The IGP charged officers to bring experience to their new assignments while upholding professionalism and discipline.
