J Martins urges PSquare brothers to settle feud privately, avoid Igbo shame
Veteran producer and singer J Martins has urged the defunct P-Square duo, Peter and Paul Okoye, to resolve their differences privately rather than airing them on social media. Martins reacted to Peter Okoye's recent announcement that he is changing his birthday date to differ from his twin brother's, citing alleged betrayal by Paul and their elder brother Jude. Martins, who produced for PSquare for over two decades, said changing a birthday over disagreements makes no sense and called on the brothers to fix their issues inside their house to avoid bringing shame on the Igbo nation. He posted on his X handle, "These are my brothers for more than two decades. I still don’t understand why one will just wake up decades to change his own birthday separate from his twin brother? @PeterPSquare and RudeboyPsquare can we fix these stuff inside our house and bring this shame on ‘Ndi Igbo nke anyi'". The appeal highlights family unity and cultural pride amid a public feud that has drawn attention from fans and commentators.
