JAMB has announced that candidates with outstanding admission offers from the 2021 to 2025 academic sessions must accept or reject those offers through the Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS) by November 30, 2026, or the offers will automatically revert to 'Not Admitted' in JAMB’s records. The Board released the directive on Wednesday, stressing that the deadline applies nationwide to all prospective students who have not yet completed their admission process for those years.

Candidates are urged to log into their CAPS profiles immediately, review any pending offers, and indicate their decision before the cutoff date. Failure to act will result in the loss of the admission opportunity, requiring them to reapply through the regular UTME process for future sessions. JAMB noted that once an offer reverts to 'Not Admitted', it cannot be reinstated without a new application.

This deadline affects an unknown number of candidates who may have deferred admission or left offers unresolved. By setting a firm cut‑off, JAMB aims to clean up its admissions database and provide clarity for institutions awaiting final enrollment figures. Will you check your CAPS status today and decide whether to accept or reject your pending offer before the November 30 deadline?
