Justice Crack Claims DIA Abducted Him, Treated Him Inhumanely

Activist Justice Crack (Justice Chidiebere) alleges DIA officials abducted him while disguising themselves as DSS operatives. According to his X post Tuesday, he was blindfolded and handcuffed for three days, kept under scorching sun during the day and locked in freezing cold rooms at night.

His ordeal began in late April 2026 when family reported him missing after dropping his child at school in Abuja. Nigerian Army confirmed May 2 he was in military custody over viral videos about soldiers' welfare conditions. Authorities called these acts bordering on subversion and incitement.

Justice Crack claims the DIA intended to make him disappear, and only Nigerians' intervention prevented this. He was later transferred to DSS custody, arraigned on cybercrime and public peace charges, and granted ₦5 million bail May 18 by Justice Joyce Abdulmalik.

He states court proceedings limit what he can disclose publicly, but insists: 'JusticeCrack has never been cracked and will never be cracked.'
