MeCure appoints Anderline Dukor CEO, Arjun Udani Operations & Finance Director
MeCure Industries Plc has appointed Anderline Dukor as its Chief Executive Officer, replacing the previous co-CEO model with a single CEO structure effective 1 August. Arjun Udani was named Executive Director, Operations & Finance. The board said the change followed a review of strategic priorities, operational needs and governance, aiming to improve strategic execution, speed up decision‑making, strengthen accountability and position the firm for sustainable growth.
Dukor will oversee strategic direction, operational performance and executive management, leading the implementation of MeCure’s long‑term growth strategy, driving operational excellence, deepening stakeholder engagement and creating shareholder value. Udani will manage manufacturing, finance, supply chain and other core operations, working closely with the CEO to execute priorities, improve efficiency and enforce financial discipline across the business.
