Millwall set high price for Nigeria winger Azeez amid Hull City interest

Millwall manager Alex Neil warned interested clubs they won’t sell Femi Azeez for a cheap price, stating they’ll only consider selling if the price is right, amid interest from Hull City and European clubs. The Lions previously rejected Ipswich Town’s offer for the Nigeria international in January, and Azeez joined Ipswich from Reading for just over £1million in the summer of 2024. Ipswich are now reportedly demanding around €20million for the winger.

Neil said he is not surprised by the interest following Azeez’s impressive performance in the Sky Bet Championship last season, adding that any club trying to undercut Millwall’s valuation will not get a deal. This stance puts Millwall in a strong negotiating position.
