Naira hits N1,358.28 vs dollar at official market Wednesday, up N14.63 from Tuesday's N1,372.91. Cumulative two-day gain reaches N32.08. Currency approaching N1,300 per dollar for first time since March 2024. External reserves surge to $46.70 billion. Black market rate at N1,460 per dollar.
