Nigeria has expanded its immunisation programme, significantly increasing vaccine coverage and restoring public confidence in government health facilities, according to Mr Aina. The National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA) reports improved uptake at primary health centres (PHCs) following renewed efforts to address vaccine hesitancy and strengthen healthcare infrastructure.
