NiMet forecasts 3-day dust haze from Wednesday
Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet) predicts dust haze across Nigeria from Wednesday to Friday. Visibility will drop to 1-5km in northern regions, with localized visibility under 1km in Katsina, Kano and Jigawa States. The agency warns of respiratory risks for asthma patients and advises motorists to drive cautiously during rainfall. Airline operators should obtain airport-specific weather reports. Dust particles will remain suspended throughout the period.
