Modibbo made this statement on Friday while responding to questions in an interview on Trust TV. How? When the ministers were appointed, each state gave its own nominee. “There is no state that is represented twice by another state. Then the president have the prerogative right to to add if he wants to. “But the North got its right going by what the constitution says that every state must have a minister in the Federal Executive Council, FEC. “Coming back to allocation, is there any state in the North that has been denied its allocation? Or is there any distribution or intervention done by the president that dies not go to any Northern governor,” he asked.
