Despite years of challenges including inconsistent officiating, poor facilities, and governance issues, recent reforms under NPFL Chairman Gbenga Elegbeleye have improved confidence. The dramatic title race separated by just one point generated nationwide interest, while emerging clubs like Ikorodu City added excitement to the campaign. With Rangers' historic status reinforced and stronger collaboration essential, the league appears poised to unlock its commercial potential and compete more effectively with African counterparts.
