Oando completes second share tranche by March 31, 2026
Oando Plc distributes 604,348,395 additional units to shareholders by March 31, 2026, completing the planned 1,283,712,601-unit allocation. The second tranche follows the August 2025 first distribution, allocating two new units for every 27 existing shares held. Shareholders who qualified as of June 30, 2025, will receive the remaining units. The total distribution updates Oando's share structure and strengthens investor confidence.
