Adefolaseye, in a post on her X handle on Monday night, accepted the appointment, stating that she is ready to “lead this task with dedication”. She wrote, “By the grace of God, I wholeheartedly accept this responsibility on behalf of Nigerians in the region. “I appreciate the faith and capacity you have seen in me, and I am ready to lead this task with dedication. I call on all Nigerians in the Southwest, from the state to the local government to the ward levels, to join the OK movement. “Together, we can stand as one united in voice and purpose to bring forward the leadership of H.E Peter Obi and H.E Rabiu Kwankwaso. “At this crucial moment, their vision represents the most suitable and effective path for Nigeria. We truly believe Nigeria will be OK”.
