Ogun Governor Mourns APC South-West Women Leader Yetunde Adesanya

Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun has expressed shock and sadness over the death of APC South-West Zonal Woman Leader Arabinrin Yetunde Shakirat Adesanya. The party chieftain reportedly passed away Thursday evening at her Lagos residence after a prolonged illness.

Governor Abiodun described Adesanya's demise as 'a huge loss to the party and the nation,' noting she was a committed party loyalist and grassroots mobilizer who dedicated her life to strengthening APC's women's wing in the South-West. He emphasized her effective mobilization, mentorship, and selfless service to women inclusion in politics.

The governor commiserated with Adesanya's immediate family, APC leadership, and party members across the South-West, praying that God grant her eternal rest and give her loved ones fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
