Omnific Works Partners with African Technology Forum to Empower Nigeria’s Next Generation of AI Innovators
At Omnific Works, our core mission has always been to drive impactful tech solutions across Nigeria. Today, we are thrilled to announce a major step forward in that mission: a strategic partnership with the African Technology Forum (ATF).
Through a newly signed Memorandum of Understanding, Omnific Works is joining forces with ATF to support the design, delivery, and scaling of ecosystem-building programs, most notably the upcoming ATF AI Challenge, supported by Google.org.
Why This Matters
Africa’s technology landscape is evolving rapidly, and the key to sustaining this growth lies in identifying, mentoring, and equipping young talent. This collaboration allows us to combine Omnific Works' deep technical expertise and local industry roots with ATF’s strategic vision for the continent. Together, we are building a pipeline for open innovation and practical problem-solving.
Taking It to the Campuses
Innovation doesn't happen in a vacuum—it happens where bright minds gather. As our first major initiative under this partnership, the Omnific Works team will be hitting the road to host intensive, one-day sensitization events and technical showcases across three major universities:
- Federal University of Technology Akure (FUTA)
- Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti (ABUAD)
- Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE)
We will be working closely with various student-led organisations to bring these events to life, offering students direct mentorship, industry exposure, and a clear pathway to participate in the ATF AI Challenge.
We are incredibly excited about the road ahead and the cutting-edge solutions that will emerge from this initiative.
