P-Square's Mr P claims brothers not biologically related amid feud
Peter 'Mr P' Okoye changed his birth date from November 18 to November 30, sparking fan backlash over breaking what many saw as the biological bond between twins. In response on X Tuesday night, the singer claimed Rudeboy and Jude Okoye are not his biological relatives, alleging they 'cheated' him for over 20 years. 'We were not blood when they were stealing from me,' he wrote. 'Now that I've uncovered the betrayal that's been going on for over 20 years, suddenly we're blood? No... it doesn't work like that.' Mr P stated that blood only makes people related, while loyalty, love and trust make a family, and said he'd cut ties with parents if they supported the betrayal. The 44-year-old also mentioned his brothers were emotional because P-Square was no longer with them, and cautioned against dragging wives into the matter, noting the alleged betrayal started before any of them were married. During court proceedings in May 2025, Mr P testified that Jude's wife owns 80% of Northside Music.
