PalmPay's Purple Woman 3.0 Masterclass concluded with 100 selected women completing a three-day program focused on tech career readiness. The initiative, which attracted over 1,000 applications nationwide, provided intensive training in areas including HR, Data Analysis, Digital Marketing, and Software Engineering. Managing Director Chika Nwosu emphasized the program's role in bridging academic knowledge with real-world opportunities. Ten exceptional participants secured six-month internships at PalmPay, gaining hands-on experience in the fintech sector. This year's edition marks the initiative's continued growth, having empowered over 250 young women since its inception three years ago.
