Peter Obi vows jail for riggers, backs opposition for 2027 election

Obi noted that, having accommodated opponents in the past, he expects current governors to reciprocate by offering transport, accommodation and other support when he campaigns in their states. He expressed concern that some governors are already blocking him, citing the Benue State incident where suspected political thugs prevented his convoy from entering the state, and warned that he is not sure he will survive the election period, praying for divine protection.
