Phyna accuses VeryDarkMan of sexual advance after rejecting his help
Former Big Brother Naija winner Phyna has accused popular Nigerian influencer VeryDarkMan of manipulating public opinion against her because she rejected his sexual advance. The allegation emerged during their ongoing public dispute related to Phyna's late sister's case.
In 2025, Phyna reached out to VeryDarkMan for help seeking justice for her younger sister Ruth Otabor, who was hit by a Dangote Cement truck in Edo State. After his involvement, Dangote Cement pledged responsibility for the victim's medical care.
VeryDarkMan later withdrew from the case, claiming Phyna negotiated secretly with the company. Phyna denied this and shared what she called 'alleged chat evidence,' alleging the influencer made unwanted sexual advances that she rejected, which she believes motivated his subsequent actions against her.
The dispute resurfaced this weekend with Phyna stating she 'can never forgive him' for turning her into a 'bad person' over her sister's case.
