PUBG Mobile v4.6 Brings Vampire Hunters, Magixx Rewards, and PMNC 2026 Champs
PUBG MOBILE launched Version 4.6 featuring a Vampire Hunters theme and Nigerian Afro-pop star Magixx as the official music collaborator for the Africa campaign. From September 24 to October 23, players can join the limited-time Unlock Magixx Style event—by logging in, completing missions, and playing matches—to earn free rewards including a Magixx Avatar Frame, Voice Pack, Lobby Music, and an exclusive outfit/skin. Players can also set Magixx’s “Be The One” as their lobby music.
Meanwhile, the PUBG MOBILE National Championship (PMNC) Nigeria 2026 Finals held on September 13 crowned Team Pride as champions. The squad—Begho (Oluwadamilola Oladele), Kwila Obadiah, Chico (Maude Usman), and Finish (Farid Mahri)—won a $3,000 cash prize, with Begho named tournament MVP. Neon Outlaws and Tribe Warriors took first and second runner-up positions. Team Pride will now represent Nigeria at the PMGO Africa stage.
The tournament was supported by Infinix, oraimo, and itel. Infinix’s GT 50 Pro device was used by players; oraimo provided lifestyle accessories; and itel awarded air conditioners to the champions. For Nigerian gamers, this update delivers localized content with tangible in-game rewards, while the championship highlights growing esports opportunities, prize money, and corporate backing that could turn gaming into a viable career or lifestyle path.
Download the update now on App Store or Google Play to access the Vampire Hunters experience and Magixx rewards. Aspiring competitors should watch for future PMNC qualifiers and consider how sponsorships from tech brands are shaping Nigeria’s gaming ecosystem.
