Real Madrid Suffers Double Blow as Militao, Guler Ruled Out for Season

Real Madrid's faint hopes of overtaking Barcelona in La Liga suffered a major blow on Thursday, with key players Eder Militao and Arda Guler both ruled out for the rest of the season. Brazilian defender Militao has a left thigh injury, while Turkish attacking midfielder Guler is sidelined with a right thigh problem, the club confirmed.

Meanwhile, Barcelona's Lamine Yamal also received medical attention during their match against RC Celta de Vigo on April 22, though the extent of his injury hasn't been fully disclosed yet.
