Tinubu honours Aigboje Aig-Imoukhuede's 60th birthday, lauding business impact
President Bola Tinubu has congratulated Aigboje Aig-Imoukhuede on his 60th birthday, highlighting the businessman's role in shaping Nigeria's financial sector and public service. Tinubu noted that Aigboje became Group Managing Director and CEO of Access Bank in 2002, steering the bank through significant growth before becoming Chairman of Access Holdings Plc and Coronation Group. He also served as President of the Nigerian Stock Exchange and founding Chairman of FMDQ Securities Exchange, and currently co-chairs EnterpriseNGR. In 2012, he chaired the Presidential Committee on Fuel Subsidy Verification and Reconciliation. Through the Aig-Imoukhuede Foundation, he and his wife Ofovwe have invested in public service training and healthcare improvements. Tinubu said the milestone offers a chance to reflect on a career that has opened doors for many Nigerians and urged continued service to the country. Tinubu wished Aigboje good health, happiness and many more years of service to Nigeria and humanity.
