TinubuTasks Ambassadors to Take Reforms to Grassroots
President Bola Tinubu has tasked his Renewed Hope Ambassadors with taking his administration's reforms directly to Nigerians at the grassroots, moving beyond conference centres to wards, markets, and campuses nationwide. Speaking at the Progressive Governors Forum summit, he emphasized that ambassadors must counter misinformation with facts, explain how tough decisions lead to jobs, security, and economic stability, and serve as a feedback channel for community concerns. The ambassadors will promote the N58.18 trillion 2026 budget, tax reforms protecting the vulnerable, and recent executive orders safeguarding federation revenues. They must demonstrate how reforms are moderating inflation, easing fuel prices, and strengthening the currency while ensuring public understanding and participation.
