Turkish giants Beşiktaş target Super Eagles striker Arokodare
Turkish Super Lig side Beşiktaş have expressed interest in signing Nigerian striker Tolu Arokodare from Wolverhampton Wanderers this summer transfer window, according to Turkish website SporX. The 25-year-old Super Eagles international joined Wolves from Belgian club KRC Genk last summer but has struggled for consistency, registering just three goals and one assist in 28 Premier League appearances. Arokodare is reportedly open to leaving the Old Gold as Wolves face relegation from the Premier League with manager Rob Edwards' side sitting at the bottom of the table. If the transfer materializes, it would mark Arokodare's first move to Turkish football and potentially impact his Super Eagles international prospects.
