Unilever Nigeria names Modupe Femi-Okunbanjo Executive Director effective today
Unilever Nigeria Plc announced the appointment of Modupe Femi-Okunbanjo as an Executive Director, effective 30 June 2026, following the resignation of Ibrahim Sodipe. Femi-Okunbanjo currently serves as the Financial Controller for Nigeria and Regional Controls Lead for West Africa at Unilever Nigeria, a role she has held since joining the firm in 2018. She brings over 15 years of finance and governance experience from roles at UAC of Nigeria, Helios Towers Nigeria, and Makasa Sun Nigeria Limited. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), she holds a BSc in Accounting from Lagos State University and an MBA in Strategy from the Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University.
