United Capital Plc's pre-tax profit jumped 36.81% to N41.18 billion for 2025, up from N30.10 billion in 2024. Total revenue reached N58.5 billion, a 34.81% increase, driven by fee income rising to N23.25 billion (up 59.8% YoY). Management fees contributed N10.7 billion, while investment income reached N29.2 billion. Total assets grew to N1.76 trillion, supported by investment securities at N1.34 trillion. The company proposes a N12.6 billion final dividend of N0.70 per share. Shares traded at N18.95 (down 1.8% on the day) on the Nigerian Exchange.
