US intelligence reveals five countries developing long-range ballistic missiles capable of reaching American soil. Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard disclosed Russia, China, North Korea, Iran, and Pakistan are advancing nuclear and conventional missile systems with intercontinental range. By 2035, missile threats to the US are projected to increase from 3,000 to over 16,000. China and Russia present the most persistent threats with advanced delivery systems bypassing US defenses. North Korea's ICBM can already reach US soil while its cyber program funds weapons development through cryptocurrency theft. Iran previously demonstrated space launch technology that could support ICBM development. Pakistan's long-range missile programs may include ICBMs targeting the US. The intelligence community believes Russia maintains upper hand in Ukraine but expects Iran to rebuild military capabilities if its regime survives.
