World Economic Forum (WEF) Early Careers Programme 2026
The World Economic Forum (WEF) is welcoming applications from recent graduates and early-career professionals for its Early Careers Programme (Fall 2026 Cohort). The program bridges the gap between academic study and professional practice by placing selected participants directly into professional teams working on real-world global challenges alongside governments, businesses, and civil society leaders.
Eligibility: To be considered for the World Economic Forum Early Careers Program, you must:
- Hold a bachelor's or master's degree.
- Have a maximum of 3 years of cumulative professional work experience (inclusive of internships).
- Demonstrate strong communication, collaborative, analytical thinking, and adaptability skills.
- Be available for full-time, onsite employment for the entire 6-month contract duration.

- Monthly gross compensation of USD $4,550 for the US-based roles (or country-specific local competitive market salaries for other global offices).

Selection Process: Candidates must navigate a multi-stage assessment process consisting of an initial screening, an asynchronous video interview, hiring manager/team interviews, a personality questionnaire, and a final Talent Acquisition interview alongside reference and background checks.
